Overview In this role you will drive the industrialization of new production lines and equipment, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and standardize processes while advancing lean manufacturing practices. You’ll lead or support PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN activities, participate in SPV workshops, and ensure safe, compliant operations. This is a hands-on role with impact on cycle times, material and labor costs, and overall production performance.
