Overview In this role you independently manage high-volume renewal cycles across assigned accounts, optimizing renewal workflows and supporting customer retention. You leverage CRM, data analysis, and workflow automation to execute renewals and address churn risks. You collaborate with procurement, AEs, CSMs, and partners to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
