Overview In this role, you guide organizational transformation within Zurich’s Technology Delivery Center by identifying needs, shaping practical solutions, and leading small initiatives from idea to delivery. You’ll work across discovery, experimentation, and implementation to improve internal processes and drive measurable value. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, apply AI-enabled tools in a Microsoft 365 context, and help stakeholders adopt meaningful changes. This is an opportunity to influence how we work at scale in a general, tech-driven insurer.
