Overview In this role you support Spanish employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliant HR processes and accurate pre-payroll coordination. You join an international People Services team that spans Belgium, the Netherlands, France and beyond, contributing to a smooth employee experience in Spain. You will collaborate with the People Business Partner and payroll partners to maintain compliant HR administration and reliable payroll input. This position offers the chance to shape local HR practices while aligning with multi-country HR standards.
