Overview In this Senior/Staff Engineer Test Engineering role within Infineon’s R&D; team, you will help shape the next generation of semiconductor products by ensuring test programs and hardware meet stringent quality and cost targets. You will collaborate with design, product engineering and test teams to optimize test coverage, yield, and program stability across platforms. You’ll drive pre-silicon verification, test program migration, and cross-functional delivery for new products. This role supports our mission to advance decarbonization and digitalization through reliable, scalable energy and IoT solutions.

ResponsabilidadesManage and plan test activities to ensure components/products meet Infineon standardsInstall, correlate and release test programs; interpret results and interface with test development and product engineeringOptimize test package stability by balancing coverage, yield,
