Overview In this role you apply hands-on technical expertise to improve wind-farm reliability, optimize asset performance, and coordinate solutions with the team. You provide technical support on-site and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. A safety-first mindset guides every task, from PTW compliance to incident reporting. You contribute to steady operations, maintenance execution, and clear daily documentation while engaging with cross-functional teams to uphold high standards and performance.

ResponsabilidadesPerform scheduled and breakdown maintenance on PSS, RMUs, switchgear, BOP equipment, and related assets to ensure reliable operation.Supervise scheduled service activities and coordinate with subcontractors for breakdown maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency.Monitor PSS, RMUs, and internal transmission lines, escalating deviations promptly to the in-charges.Maintain accurate daily documentation (PTW, operation checklists, grid availability data, time entries, material/spare inventory).Prepare BOP equipment service task lists and update critical spares lists.Promote safety culture, ensure PPE usage,



and participate in safety initiatives (incident reporting, audits, inspections).Identify unsafe conditions, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and site instructions. Requisitos principalesKnowledge of local grid compliance – NGCP.Safety regulations for Grid systems in the Philippines.Experience in O&M; of pooling substations, RMUs, and internal transmission lines.Ability to prepare basic reports for BOP equipment.Basic team leadership skills to coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and Vestas staff.Engineering, science, or industry experience in a technical role.Experience working on energy project contracts (batteries, onshore/offshore wind, solar, HVDC/interconnectors, thermal).Safety-conscious mindsetTeam coordination and communicationAccountability and proactive problem-solvingTroubleshooting of substation equipment, switchgear, RMUs, and internal transmission systemsReading and interpreting electrical drawings related to Grid and PSS systemsUnderstanding equipment functionality and interdependencies across BOP systems
