Overview In this role you will support and optimize QAD’s cloud ERP services for manufacturing clients. You’ll join a general support team, working remotely with travel to Barcelona, to analyze issues, apply technical assessments, and deliver tested solutions. You will guide junior colleagues, share knowledge, and continuously learn to handle diverse customer needs. This position emphasizes hands-on problem solving, process adherence, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful service delivery.
