Overview In this role you will manage the performance of external contract manufacturers focused on Specialty and Biosimilar segments, ensuring timely delivery and favorable sourcing terms. You will represent ESO in cross-functional settings to align with STADA’s position and drive continuous improvement in supplier relationships. You will lead risk management, forecasting collaboration, and strategic supplier engagement to sustain supply continuity. This is a cross-functional role that shapes sourcing strategy and supplier performance within a growing international pharma environment.

ResponsabilidadesManage external manufacturing organizations with ongoing contractual oversightSupport initiation and negotiation of supply agreements with contract manufacturersEstablish strategic relationships with third-party suppliers and act as primary contact for business collaborationsLead regular Management Business Reviews with senior supplier stakeholders to review performance and identify improvementsDrive continuous improvement of the overall business relationship with suppliersCollaborate on forecasting,



production planning and supply chain processes to ensure continuity of supply and avoid back-ordersAct as primary contact for communications and resolution of supply chain and technical issuesIdentify supply risks proactively and develop mitigation strategiesLead activities to manage and execute risk mitigation plansEnsure cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholdersReview sourcing conditions, challenge costs of goods and identify optimization measuresEvaluate, initiate and track product transfers (Site to Site; in-sourcing) Requisitos principalesBachelor’s degree in life sciences or related fields (manufacturing technology, economics, or technical engineering)3+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/GMP operations5+ years handling external suppliers with business analysis experience and understanding of manufacturing cost structures (RPM, OH)Proven capabilities in managing external manufacturers (preferred)Fluency in English (written and spoken)Spanish, German or other European language is a plusCross-functional collaborationProactive problem-solvingStrong communication and relationship-buildingExternal supplier managementContract negotiation and managementForecasting and production planning
