Overview In this role you will serve as a technical specialist for OpenText Extended ECM and related SAP and document workflows, delivering run-and-maintain support and technical optimizations. You will collaborate with clients to define integration solutions, guide workshops, and translate requirements into concrete designs. You’ll train end-users, author specs and test plans, and manage delivery with escalation safeguards. This is a hands-on position at scale, shaping how client teams leverage ECM and PowerDocs within their SAP ecosystem.
