Overview In this role, you will lead IT infrastructure operations to meet business needs within a multinational leisure and entertainment group. You will manage third-party suppliers, enforce ITIL-aligned processes, and ensure high availability of online services. You’ll shape and execute the 3–5 year IT roadmaps, driving stable service delivery across multi-channel retail operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that partners with cross-functional teams to enable growth and reliable digital experiences.
