Overview In this role you maximize the value of Enterprise Applications by driving adoption and continuous improvement. You bridge business users, Enterprise Applications teams, and technical support to reduce friction and evolve applications with changing processes. You work within the EnSite Experience & Adoption team to partner with stakeholders across Support, Governance, Delivery & Modernization, and business units. You translate improvement opportunities into actionable demand and help sustain outcomes that scale globally.

ResponsabilidadesDevelop deep understanding of supported business processes and the ERP systems enabling themBuild trusted relationships with business users and stakeholders to align application usage with daily operationsIdentify friction, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities via user engagement and metricsLead continuous improvement initiatives to boost business value and user adoptionPerform root cause analyses to separate process, data, training, and technical gapsDocument improvement opportunities as demand items and coordinate with Delivery & Modernization for deliveryCollaborate with Support teams to ensure sustained business outcomes from improvementsSupport testing, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations for adoption and readinessCreate and maintain business process documents, user guidance,
