Overview In this role you drive customer value by leading product demonstrations and shaping pre-sales strategy for Factorial’s HR, payroll, and finance solutions in the DACH market. You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to craft tailored solutions, drive revenue growth, and enable the sales organization through training and content. You’ll analyze market needs and competitor moves to guide product and marketing direction. This is a high-growth, cross-functional position that combines client-facing activity with strategic enablement to scale adoption in a mature market.
