You’ll analyze HR processes, propose SAP-aligned solutions, and configure Employee Central to meet client needs. You collaborate with functional and technical teams through all project phases, from requirements to production and ongoing support. You will stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and contribute to integration efforts and documentation.
