Overview As ITSM & Vendor Management Specialist, you will join GISD’s Transversal Governance Team to steer service governance and vendor oversight. You’ll bridge ITSM discipline with strategic vendor management to deliver enterprise-wide transparency and cross-functional alignment. The role focuses on governance, performance management, and stakeholder engagement rather than hands-on operations. You will influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement across multiple pillars, shaping reliable and cost-efficient infrastructure delivery.
