This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and customer engagement, shaping how ports embrace AI and digital twins at scale.Lead onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment and adoption projects for customersCoordinate terminal operators, IT, Product, Engineering, Data and Support teamsManage project plans, timelines, risks, milestones, and customer communicationsSupport integrations with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), equipment systems, APIs and data platformsCoordinate user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activitiesServe as the main point of contact for customer issues,
