Overview In this role you will provide technical support to commercial and project teams to secure new business and deliver customer-focused solutions in the pharma/biopharma space. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements, shape process concepts, assist with proposals and demos, and promote products at events. Your technical know-how will help drive growth, market reach, and long-term customer success. This position offers collaboration across commercial and engineering functions in a dynamic, high-containment environment.
