Overview In this role you drive the reliability and scalability of our CI/CD platform within a cloud-first banking environment. You shape and implement the CD strategy, enabling fast, secure feature delivery across development teams. You will strengthen security and compliance, standardise pipelines, and mentor engineers to improve ways of working. You’ll focus on incident management and roadmap contributions to keep production delivery stable and efficient. This is a hands-on, autonomous role at the intersection of platform engineering and security, offering meaningful impact on how we deploy and monitor applications at scale.
