Designer- Performance & Leisurewear – Womenswear / Menswear / ChildrenswearLocation:EmploymentType: Full-time or Part-timeWe are looking for a creative, commercially minded established Designer to develop customer-focused collections, with a particular emphasis on technical fabric expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop designs and collections tailored to customers’ brand identities, briefs and target prices.Select fabrics, colours and finishes, balancing design, quality, performance and cost.Attend customer meetings to present concepts, fabric options and samples, and translate feedback into product development.Prepare design specifications and technical packs, working closely with factories throughout sampling and revisions.RequirementsExperience in performance wear design across womenswear,
