Overview In this role you design and optimize high-performance fulfillment and distribution systems across Europe, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver cost-effective, scalable solutions. You own multiple projects from concept to hand-off, working with suppliers and the Ops Engineering team to install and commission systems. You will tackle green-field, brown-field, and retrofit projects for a integral Amazon logistics network, driving impact in a fast-paced environment. This role offers visibility into high-impact, cross-functional engineering work and opportunities to shape next-generation facilities.

ResponsabilidadesInvent, design, and implement solutions for material flow and human/machine efficiency across the global supply chain.Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts for fulfillment and transportation networks, including equipment spec, layout, and IP considerations.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality,



cost-effective solutions quickly.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, influencing and communicating with partners, contractors, and vendors.Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects and present technical roadmaps and business cases to senior executives.
