Overview As a field-based clinical and technical expert, you support customers from pre-sales to post-sales to accelerate adoption of Cepheid diagnostic solutions. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and care teams to ensure successful instrument and assay deployment and build customer satisfaction. You’ll engage clinicians and key stakeholders to enable go-lives and optimize clinical workflows. This role offers remote work in Spain and the chance to impact patient care at scale through cross-functional leadership and technical excellence.
