Overview In this role you will own and evolve the enterprise mail environment for an international workforce. You will operate and optimize Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online services, while strengthening security and reliability across the messaging platform. You’ll work closely with security, product, and operations teams to drive secure, scalable email capabilities and secure gateways. You will shape the future of enterprise messaging at SD Worx and contribute to cross-functional initiatives with a security-first mindset.

(as stated) ResponsabilidadesManage, maintain and improve the enterprise mail infrastructure for an international workforceOperate and optimize Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online mail services including mail flow, connectors, and transport rulesStrengthen security posture using SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS, secure SMTP and other email authentication technologiesManage and improve email security solutions (anti-spam, anti-phishing, malware protection, secure email gateways)Support and optimize bulk communication and mass mailing platforms ensuring deliverability and sender reputationProvide third-line support for complex mail delivery, routing, authentication, and security issuesContribute to simplification, standardization and documentation of the mail landscapeCollaborate with Product Owners, security, infrastructure, vendors,



and support teams to improve platform reliability and securitySupport projects, upgrades, migrations and service improvement initiativesAct as a point of contact for integrations between mail platforms and other enterprise servicesParticipate in the future roadmap and evolution of enterprise messaging servicesCreate and maintain technical documentation, procedures, standards and operational handover materials Requisitos principalesMinimum 5 years of experience with enterprise messaging platforms and mail infrastructureStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administrationSolid understanding of mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and hybrid messaging environmentsProven experience troubleshooting complex mail delivery, routing, and authentication issuesHands-on expertise with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS, and secure SMTPExperience with secure email gateways and anti-spam/anti-phishing/malware protectionKnowledge of mass mailing platforms, sender reputation management, and deliverability best practicesExperience providing third-line support and working within incident, problem and change management processesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetExcellent English communication, ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholdersExperience in Agile and international environmentsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical and proactive problem-solvingClear communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesCollaborative mindset across international teamsMicrosoft 365 administrationExchange Online administrationMail flow, connectors, and transport rules
