We are seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join our team and support the development of complex data center projects in Spain.This is an exciting opportunity for a development professional with strong expertise in real estate planning, zoning and permitting, who is looking to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects within a dynamic and international environment.The successful candidate will lead and coordinate land development activities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver construction-ready sites.Key Responsibilities- Lead land development activities- across multiple data center projects.- Drive zoning, planning, permitting and site development processes through to construction-ready status.- Coordinate with Acquisition, Construction, Engineering & Design, Utilities, Fiber, Environmental, Water, Power, Procurement and Legal teams.- Develop and maintain permitting schedules, ensuring coordination of project interdependencies and milestones.- Establish effective collaboration with local, regional and national authorities in Spain.- Develop and support strategic development plans and regional strategies.- Prepare project status reports, schedule updates, risk assessments, business cases and executive presentations.- Manage Architect/Engineer (AE) scopes of work and proposals.- Support funding control and expenditure management.- Identify project challenges and implement practical solutions to ensure successful delivery.- Promote effective development practices and cross-functional collaboration across projects.LocationMadrid,



Spain.Candidates based in Madrid or Zaragoza are preferred.Requirements- 5–10 years of experience in project management and/or program management.- Strong knowledge of real estate planning and development, including zoning, permitting, planning permissions, utility delivery and off-site infrastructure upgrade agreements.
