You will help ensure changes to IT services, systems, and infrastructure are implemented transparently, with risk awareness and control. You will work across IT Operations, Governance and Service Management, supporting Change Owners, reviewing Change Records, and facilitating CAB discussions to drive standard, normal and emergency changes.
