We are currently looking for a Q2C / CX Process Manager to join a major transformation project within a leading international company.The role will focus on improving and harmonising Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes across global and regional teams, with a strong focus on process efficiency, customer experience and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Drive Q2C process harmonisation and continuous improvementMap and optimise processes within an S/4HANA environmentIdentify pain points, quick wins and efficiency opportunities using KPIsLead performance management and stakeholder coordination across regionsDevelop customer journey maps and drive CX improvementsMonitor process adoption and adherenceSupport governance, implementation and hypercare activitiesWe are looking for:Strong experience in Q2C / O2C / process transformationExperience in general process harmonisation and continuous improvementGood understanding of SAP S/4HANA environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills in international organisationsImportant: This is a 6-month temporary project, with an ASAP start.
