In this role you shape design strategy across product squads and drive high-quality craft and systems. You will work at the intersection of design, code, and AI to prototype and iterate with AI-native workflows. You mentor designers, elevate design maturity, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable impact. You’ll build scalable patterns and a cohesive design system to accelerate delivery at scale. This is a chance to influence product direction in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment at OLX.

Responsabilidades
- Lead design strategy across one or more product squads and translate business goals into design direction
- Leverage AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code
- Define and maintain craft standards and scalable design system components (Nexus) and patterns
- Mentor designers through critique and structured feedback
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on strategy,
metrics, and feasibility
- Conduct user research and experiments, define success metrics, and iterate
- Lead design reviews and strategic discussions with cross-functional partners
- Identify opportunities for design improvement and propose innovative approaches
Requisitos principales
- Proven UX / Digital Product Design experience with a portfolio showing shipped work and measurable impact
- Expertise in AI-native design and use of AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude) in design practice
- Experience contributing to design systems and code components; strong collaboration with engineering
- Track record mentoring designers and fostering a psychologically safe growth environment
- Strong product and business thinking with defined success metrics
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder influence
