ResponsabilidadesEvolve the CRM platform and automation, implementing AI-assisted workflows and templating to speed and reliability of campaign deliveryDevelop backend features in Python/Django and integrate with third-party vendors and the CRM/communications stackBuild frontend experiences in React/TypeScript and contribute to experimentation frameworks and best practicesLead complex initiatives from discovery to deployment, owning solutions over their lifecycleRaise engineering standards through reviews, mentorship, and adoption of best practicesPartner with Product, Data, and UX to validate hypotheses and maximize customer value via experimentationShape system architecture for scalability, reliability, maintainability,
