As Senior Project Manager for Business Applications and ERP at Destinus, you own the projects that shape how the company runs: ERP, finance,operationsand other business platforms used across the organization. These are complex, cross functional programs that touch many departments and process owners at once, often delivered together with implementation partners. You plan and drive them end to end, from business requirements and process design through implementation, data migration, cut-over, go-live andhypercare, and you make sure the knowledge behind every decision and configurationstaysin the company.Destinus is a fast-scaling, multi-site aerospace company where reliable delivery and clean business processes are essential.KeyResponsibilitiesOwn business application and ERP projects end toend:scope, planning, budget, execution,qualityand closureLead large cross functional stakeholder groups across Finance, Operations, Production,HRand IT, keeping up to 100 project participants aligned and informedTranslate business processes and requirements into clear project scope, functionaldecisionsand system design choices together with the process ownersManage external implementation partners and consultants: contracts, deliverables, timelines,acceptanceand knowledge transfer to internal teamsPlan and run the hard phases of ERP delivery: data migration, testing and UAT, cut-over planning,



go-live andhypercareRun project governance: steering committees, status reporting, risk and issue management, changecontroland budget trackingCoordinate integrations and dependencies between business platforms and the wider IT landscapeBuild in house capability: document processes,decisionsand configurations so the knowledge stays in the company after each projectKeep structured, transparent reporting so leadership always knows the status, the risks and the decisions needed10+ years of project management experience in business applications and ERP environmentsSeveral full cycle ERP implementations delivered end to end, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics 365Deep understanding of core business processes: finance, procurement, supply chain,operationsand manufacturingProven experience with data migration, UAT, cut-over planning and go-live in complex environmentsStrongtrack recordmanaging external implementation partners and consultantsExperience aligning large stakeholder groups and running steering committees up to executive levelConfident with both waterfall and agile delivery, and with structured status reportingFluent English; German or Spanish are a plusPMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus; manufacturing or aerospace industry experience is a plus
