Overview In this role you will lead the industrial supply chain for LOEWE’s leather goods and accessories, driving efficiency and timely delivery across procurement, planning, and production networks. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You will tackle capacity, supplier performance, and process improvements to support luxury quality and on-time product launches. This position offers a strategic, impactful leadership role in a globally recognized luxury house.

ResponsabilidadesLead Procurement and Planning Team: guide and develop the procurement and planning teams, setting objectives and ensuring strong performanceCross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across supply chain, development, quality, production, and logisticsProduction plan with network of vendors: adjust workloads and ensure reliable production planning across vendors; manage vendor relationshipsEnsure procurement of all raw material: ensure on-time receipt and coordinate supplier network to improve service rate and lead timesInventory Optimization: oversee strategies to minimize leftovers,



optimize stock levels, and maintain continuous material flowProcess Improvement: analyze and optimize supply chain processes, introduce innovative solutions and best practicesParticipation in S&OP; Dynamics & Capacity Strategy: contribute to general capacity strategy with demand forecasts and business objectivesEnsure OTP (On-Time Production): drive timely delivery of materials and components for new product deliveries and launches Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field10–15 years of progressive supply chain experience with leadership in luxury, fashion, or complex manufacturingProven ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsExcellent verbal and written communication; able to build consensus among stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision makingExperience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) and forecasting; Power BI is a plusKnowledge of supplier relationship management and capacity planningleadershipcommunicationcollaborationERP/MRP systems (SAP, Anaplan)ForecastingPower BI
