Overview In this role you partner with Portugal leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance, aligning people strategies with business priorities. You will advise on design, talent, and performance decisions while steering change and transformation. You’ll localize general HR programs and support social dialogue with employee representatives.
