Overview In this founding-level design leadership role, you will set and raise the quality bar for a growing design team at n8n, guiding UX across complex, developer-facing products. You’ll shape product strategy with design thinking, expand the user base beyond technical builders, and strengthen the design system and research practice. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to drive evidence-based decisions and craft compelling, trustworthy AI-enabled experiences. This is a chance to influence a fast-evolving product and culture at scale.
