Overview In this role you lead the end-to-end migration of the customer base from legacy models to a strategic cloud platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product, and own the migration portfolio and execution. You’ll manage complex on-prem and cloud migrations, ensure governance, and drive measurable business value. This is a hands-on, scale-focused leadership role with a clear impact on customer retention and ARR realization.

ResponsabilidadesManage the global SaaS migration portfolio and track opportunities by cohort and geographyTranslate strategy into executable annual/quarterly migration plans and wavesPrioritize customers, sequence migrations, and reassess readiness and opportunitiesLead the Migration Execution Office and coordinate across multiple functionsOversee end-to-end migration execution, ensure alignment with strategic objectives and capacityEstablish governance, KPIs, dashboards and reporting for transparency and performanceIdentify bottlenecks and risks and drive corrective actionsPlan capacity, readiness,



and resource allocation across participating teamsOversee on-premise technical and commercial migrations and cloud migrations for existing customersCapture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of methodologies and playbooksEnsure adherence to pricing governance and migration policiesProvide executive recommendations on resource allocation and scalabilityDrive standardized processes while remaining versátil for strategic cases Requisitos principalesMinimum Bachelor’s in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration or SaaS transition programsProven track record of managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrationsStrong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationExperience delivering operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizationsstakeholder managementexecutive communicationcross-functional collaborationcloud migration methodologiesSaaS transitionon-premise to cloud migration
