Overview As COO, you will scale and optimise Satispay’s operational foundations to support fast European growth. You’ll drive cross-functional excellence, standardise scalable processes, and build resilient systems to handle rapid user growth. You’ll lead and mentor teams, ensure data-driven decision making, and align operations with product, tech, risk/compliance, and business development.
