This position will report to the Senior Director, Cloud Operations.ResponsibilitiesRespond to and resolve time-critical customer issues in the public cloudPerform customer deployments, migrations and upgrades in the cloud environmentSupport automation projects including writing codingMonitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and manage servers in multiple cloud environmentsCreate, manage, and maintain Cloud networking componentsPerform backups and restores of database and serversAssist in ensuring security processes are followed and customer data is securedPerform other administrative tasks in cloud environments as directedCollaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams to resolve issuesBuild effective working relationships with cross-functional team memberMake suggestions for process improvements and enhanced operational efficienciesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree Computer Science, MIS, or related technology field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years working with Public Cloud infrastructure AWS, Azure,
