In this role you drive the global education strategy for the Beauty division, shaping tools and programs that empower Beauty Advisors across markets. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging training, blending in-person and digital formats to boost product knowledge and retailer performance. You’ll oversee market enablement, measure training impact, and help cultivate Brand Love and loyalty through expert education.

Responsabilidades

- Develop and refine the global training strategy for Prestige fragrances, Collections and Make-up
- Create educational tools (PowerPoint, sales sheets, e-learning, video learning, training kits)



with a focus on Prestige and Make-up
- Innovate training methods to engage Beauty Advisors and measure tool impact on sales performance
- Serve as market point of contact to implement retail activations and support local trainers
- Organise the CH annual training convention and participate in local market seminars

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 5 years of cosmetics training/education experience (fragrance and make-up) including sell-through xkdbapo know-how
- Master’s degree from a Business/Design/Art school or university with specialization in marketing or luxury management (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus
