Overview As a Business Analyst, you translate business needs into actionable requirements and support agile delivery for Gartner’s conference technology ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify opportunities, and deliver tech-enabled solutions that enhance attendee and partner experiences. You’ll analyze data, define measurable outcomes, and help steer AI-enabled capabilities and automation across the program. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and events, offering impact at scale across Gartner conferences worldwide.
