Overview As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the design, validation, and deployment of real-time optimization (RTO) and closed-loop control for ethylene cracker plants using AVEVA APO. You will develop rigorous cracker process models and integrate them with APC/DCS systems to deliver measurable economic benefits. You’ll work with Operations, Process Engineering, and Planning teams to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into sustainable, scalable strategies. This role offers hands-on technical leadership and the chance to shape digital optimization across complex petrochemical facilities.
