This is a hands-on role within a finance function that is undergoing an important period of development and transformation. The successful candidate will take ownership of a broad range of day-to-day finance activities while helping us strengthen processes, controls, reporting and the overall quality of our financial information. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, analytical and hands-on. You should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks, identifying issues and following them through to resolution. This is not a purely transactional role. As the Finance function evolves,



there will be significant opportunities to improve existing processes, automate recurring activities and take on broader responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & CollectionsManage the accounts receivable process across the relevant entitiesMonitor outstanding receivables and support the collections processPerform customer account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesMaintain accurate AR records and ensure transactions are properly recordedSupport the team with cash collection and working capital initiativesIdentify overdue balances, follow up with relevant stakeholders and elevate issues when requiredAccounts PayableManage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, coding and postingEnsure invoices are properly approved and recorded in the accounting systemPerform supplier account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesSupport payment runs and ensure appropriate controls are followedWork with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queriesReconciliations & Month-EndPrepare regular bank, balance sheet and other account reconciliationsSupport the month-end and year-end closing processesReview accounting records for completeness and accuracyInvestigate unusual movements, variances and discrepanciesMaintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit trailsAssist with the preparation of financial information for management reportingFinance Operations & ControlsTake ownership of assigned finance processes and ensure they are performed accurately and on timeIdentify gaps,
