Overview In this Lead Scrum Master role, you guide up to three Agile teams within a SAFe framework to deliver value through disciplined, collaborative practices. You’ll coach teams, facilitate key ceremonies, and drive adoption of Agile across the organization while removing impediments. You will lead Scrum of Scrums and partner with Product Owners to optimize backlog and sprint delivery.
