In this role you will lead the site warehouse and kitting operations in Spain, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service aligned with regional and general objectives. You will shape distribution network improvements, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high performance standards. This position offers scope to influence operations across Europe, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, safety, and cost effectiveness. and performanceMonitor Voice of Customer to ensure distribution processes meet needsCoordinate with Europe and EEMEA divisions and other sourcing units to maximize service levelsOversee physical handling, storage, transportation, and inventory control for products in scopeBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Materials Management, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related areas5+ years in multi-shift, automated and labor-intensive distribution/logistics/manufacturing/supply chain7+ years in a people-management role with organizational development experienceStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and warehousing setup, capacity planning, and optimizationHands-on experience with logistics management, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, planning, supply chain, order management, and MRP toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Visio and/or MS ProjectExperience with ISO and FDA standards; ability to navigate regulatory requirementsFluency in English and SpanishAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience with IT systems in business processes; Oracle and SAP preferredTravel readiness around 30%Strong leadership and coaching abilitiesCross-functional collaborationInfluence and relationship-buildingLogistics managementWarehousing and inventory controlMRP systems
