Overview As Director of Customer Success, you will lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers to maximize client outcomes and revenue. You’ll align cross-functional teams—Sales, AdOps, and CSMs—around client goals, optimizing adoption of a new platform and DSP strategy. You will scale processes, mentor the team, and influence client engagement through data-driven insights. This role offers impact across European accounts and opportunities to shape strategic client journeys in a fast-moving ad-tech environment.

ResponsabilidadesManage top-tier clients as a dedicated CSMCollaborate with AdOps and Sales to drive revenue and campaign performanceAssist in hiring and onboarding new CSMs and ensure effective ramp-upMentor CSMs to reinforce core principles and skill developmentGuide CSMs on client communications across emails, Slack, presentations, and callsMonitor account health metrics (revenue, KPI, margin)
