Overview As Senior Director of Product Design, you lead value-focused design for Factorial's platform, turning usable products into profitable solutions. You will shape the IT space and platform architecture, aligning design with business impact and revenue growth. You’ll build and mentor a 4–7 designer team and manage a 3–4M budget to drive platform-level outcomes. This is a hands-on, AI-first design leadership role that combines strategy, product framing, and cross-functional execution to reduce churn and increase value.
