Overview In this role you will design and operate scalable search and personalization systems to deliver highly relevant experiences to millions of readers. You’ll work at the intersection of backend engineering, data, and applied AI within the Search team in Barcelona, shaping content discovery and user engagement. You’ll drive model development, experimentation, and deployment while collaborating with product and data teams to turn business needs into scalable, high-performance solutions. This is an opportunity to leverage embeddings, two-tower architectures, and LLMs to elevate search quality in a high-traffic environment.
