Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex Protective Security IT projects across regions, aligning security needs with IT delivery. You will bridge Protective Security, IT, Procurement, and vendors to ensure compliant, on-time program outcomes. You’ll oversee global rollouts of security platforms like access control and CCTV, balancing security with operational needs and cost. The position combines deep domain expertise in physical security with senior project management to drive risk-aware, scalable solutions. This is a strategic delivery role with a meaningful impact on security operations and regulatory compliance across the company.

ResponsabilidadesOwn full lifecycle delivery of Protective Security projects from intake to handoverManage complex delivery landscapes with security vendors, integrators, SaaS providers, and local partnersLead integral and regional rollouts of security platforms (access control, CCTV, mobile credentials)Translate security needs into IT delivery while ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirementsOversee implementation of security systems (badge/mobile/biometric access, video surveillance, identity integrations)Establish and enforce project governance aligned with DDIT standards; manage risks and change controlAct as primary interface between Protective Security leadership, Business, and IT delivery teams; prepare executive updatesManage security vendors against contracts, drive performance,



and partner with Procurement on SOWs and cost controlContribute to Protective Security IT roadmap and standardize delivery approaches across sites and regionsCapture lessons learned to improve delivery frameworks Requisitos principales10+ years of IT project/program management experience in enterprise or regulated environmentsProven experience delivering Protective Security or security-related IT programs in global deploymentsDeep understanding of physical security systems and operations with risk and compliance awarenessExposure to physical security systems (access control, surveillance, alarm) and enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, IWMS)Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) with planning and critical-path skillsSenior‑level leadership in complex, matrix organizations with decision-making under ambiguityExperience managing global, multi-country delivery contexts and large interdependent plansProven track record in external vendor and contract managementExcellent executive communication, fluent in EnglishDesirable: degree in IT/Engineering/Security and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP)Experience in pharma or regulated environments and knowledge of GRC and IAMChange ManagementLeadershipStakeholder EngagementPhysical security systems (access control, surveillance, alarms)Enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, IWMS)Security governance and risk management
