Overview As a Senior FP&A; Analyst at Lodgify, you will drive financial performance through planning, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong focus on headcount and salaries planning. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and the leadership group to enable scalable, capital-efficient growth. You will own and refine budgeting processes, dashboards, and investor reporting, translating numbers into strategic insights. This role combines analytical rigor with business partnering to support hiring decisions and organizational design in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
