It is hiring for a gamedev business unit of a global ad-tech group that builds and scales casual evergreen mobile games and provides access to an ad network, proprietary data, and personalized monetization infrastructure.Задачи:Own the product function end-to-end, from portfolio strategy to day-to-day execution;Set, defend, and evolve strategy across the in-house portfolio with the unit's leadership;Decide what to scale, sunset, and greenlight;Manage and hands-on coach five product owners;Analyze metrics, review and test prototypes, and build simple tests when useful;Build a structured hypothesis pipeline with clear prototyping standards;Coordinate with monetization, marketing, and data departments;Take strategic oversight of the external partner studio over time;Champion practical AI adoption across the team;Hire, develop, and retain the product team;Report product status and results to the unit's leadership and the parent company's board.Требования:Proven track record as Head of Product, CPO, or Product Lead in mobile evergreen games;Deep understanding of ad-monetization economics, including eCPM, ARPU/ARPDAU, retention curves,



LTV, and mediation/waterfall;Hands-on experience working with data;Experience combining product and development leadership;Understanding of development processes, release cycles, and prototyping;Practical use of AI, no-code, and vibe-coding tools for automations and prototypes;Upper-Intermediate English or higher;Hands-on approach to data analysis and prototype testing;Full ownership and accountability for outcomes;Ability to challenge strategy and roadmaps;Coaching skills and ability to build trust and explain decisions;Pragmatism under uncertainty and disciplined hypothesis testing;Direct, honest, fact-based communication;Lean-startup mindset and comfort with experimentation;Readiness to take on a broader strategic mandate;Nice to have: own-project or founder experience.Условия:Office-based role in Barcelona with relocation for the candidate and family;8-Hour working day with adaptable core hours;Relocation package;Medical insurance;Meals and beverages at the office;Gym and language courses;Paid vacation and sick leave;6-Month probation period.
