Overview In this role you shape design strategy across product squads and drive high-quality craft and systems. You will work at the intersection of design, code, and AI to prototype and iterate with AI-native workflows. You mentor designers, elevate design maturity, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable impact. You’ll build scalable patterns and a cohesive design system to accelerate delivery at scale. This is a chance to influence product direction in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment at OLX.
