In this role you will anchor HTS Assist, Hopper’s agentic travel assistant, by owning the real-time and voice layer end-to-end. You’ll build across React/TypeScript front ends, Scala and Python services, and cloud infrastructure to serve multiple partners from one codebase. You’ll shape scalable, multi-tenant platforms, implement safety/compliance guardrails, and drive reliable, low-latency experiences from code to customer touchpoints.
