Overview As Process Engineer Manager at Sensient Lerma, you will lead the process engineering function to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing. You’ll drive continuous improvement, optimize production workflows, and guide the development and deployment of new manufacturing processes and equipment. You’ll collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams to ensure successful plant-floor execution and reliability. This role offers impact across product capability, quality, and operations within a general color and flavor business.
