Overview In this role you lead a global automation and performance testing team to advance PPG's quality engineering. You will define the testing strategy, tooling, and processes to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing software across the organization. You drive AI-powered and data-driven testing approaches to accelerate delivery and improve customer experience. You collaborate with business and IT partners to embed quality into the software lifecycle and shape enterprise-wide testing strategies. This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of automation, analytics, and innovation.

ResponsabilidadesLead a global team of automation and performance testing engineers to deliver strategic initiativesDefine scope and quality objectives for releases across functional and non-functional areasEstablish an automation-first testing strategy and enhance test automation frameworksImprove test automation processes, frameworks, and methodologiesDefine and track quality metrics such as automation coverage and test effectivenessEnsure release readiness and adherence to quality standards across applicationsDevelop testing strategies, plans, and quality roadmapsIdentify and implement AI-enabled testing capabilities to boost productivity and coverageCoordinate with PMs, developers, stakeholders, and IT to resolve defectsProvide clear testing status reports to senior leadershipOversee end-to-end performance testing and analyze performance improvementsLead recruitment, talent development, and recognition programsFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learningDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, performance, and customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with regulatory, security,
