Overview In this role you will manage the credit and collection process for a defined portfolio, focusing on cash flow optimization and risk control. You will act as the key liaison between customers, Sales/Marketing, and AR, driving actions to reduce past-due performance and protect company cash. You will monitor portfolios, implement remediation plans, and contribute to ongoing improvement programs to support growth in line with the business strategy. This position combines cross-functional collaboration with governance in a integral, hybrid work environment. You will help shape credit strategy in line with local country specifics and the overall OTC process.

ResponsabilidadesManage the full Credit Cash Collection process for assigned portfolioMonitor portfolio performance, anticipate issues, and propose remediation actionsCommunicate potential customer risks to Marketing and Sales teamsHold regular meetings with the Credit Specialist and participate in risk assessmentsConduct risk management activities including credit limit reviews, collateral management,
